ELIGIBILITY: a member of the Texas Junior Hereford Association from Taylor County or contiguous counties-who is either a senior high school graduate or a student already enrolled in a course of study in a college, university or vocational/trade school. If no member of the Texas Junior Hereford Association applies, this award may be given to an area student who has been an exhibitor at livestock shows, particularly exhibitors of Herefords.
