SCHOLARSHIP EXPERTS.COM – 2008 Shout It Out Scholarship
AMOUNT: Five $1,000.00 scholarships available
CRITERIA: Essay in 250 words or less on the following topic: “If you were given a 60–second commercial spot on television that would air repeatedly during the presidential debates, what message would you shout out to America?”
Must be at least 13 years old and a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia.
